Fruity California Prune Smoothie

This vibrant smoothie with California Prunes will brighten up your day as well as giving you a healthy boost


  • 100g California Prunes
  • 100g strawberries
  • 100g raspberries
  • 100g mango
  • 175ml water


  1. Wash and chop the strawberries and place in a blender
  2. Peel and chop the mango. Add to the blender
  3. Wash the raspberries and add to the blender with the California Prunes and water
  4. Blitz in the blender until smooth – it should only take a minute
  5. Pour into two glasses, and enjoy!

If the smoothie is a little too thick for your liking, add a little extra water, or even some natural yoghurt

If you’re not keen on seeds, our the smoothie through a sieve before drinking
