Banana, California Prune, Raspberry and Oatmeal Smoothie

Makes: 3Prep Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  •  
  • 100g California Prunes
  • 1 banana
  • 100g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 lime
  • 225ml water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 3 large glasses with ice.
